However, we will not be liable for any injury, illness, death, loss, damage, expense, cost, or other claim of any description if:

For transportation services (e.g., airlines, railways, shipping), our liability will be limited in accordance with the relevant international conventions, including the Warsaw/Montreal Convention for air travel, the Athens Convention for sea travel, and the Berne/COTIF Convention for rail travel.
Many of the services that make up your tour are provided by independent suppliers. Those suppliers provide these services in accordance with their own terms and conditions. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of these independent suppliers or for any loss, damage, or injury sustained while participating in their activities.
We will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performance of our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
